There is plenty of things to do in Vegas if you aren’t into gambling. Amazing food, excellent pools, and of course all the sights to see. Of course people watching is the best of the best! I had plenty of fun the times I went to Vegas before I turned 21.

That Hosmer is awesome! I really liked that year of Platinum if it was t for the stickers, I would probably be tryin g to put a set together, the cards look great and there’s a lot of big names in the set, hugely underrated IMO.

You still sticking with Hosmer even after leaving KC?

He does look better in SD then KC, so there’s that.

I never would have thought about taking a trip to the middle of the desert to go to pools, LOL. Plus, not many wanting to see this body at a pool, I mean, I’m okay with it, but would feel bad for others around me!

I love the sealed junk era wax! I have started keeping some of those when I come across them too. You used to be able to buy these at like 4/$1 so I never picked any up. Now they are around $1/pack for years like 1988, 1989, 1991. Not a huge price, but give it another 20 years and they may make it to $5! LOL.

I just like having them as a reminder of my childhood and what cards were like then. Awesome to see someone else enjoy them.

My pile to add to this is starting to become a bit much, I am ready to clean up the box and add to it whenever anyone is ready to send it my way. No hurries though, you guys keep having fun with it, just let me know when it is time to gut it and reset it again. I know mmbtvs just did it a few people ago, so it should be good but if it is filled with a bunch of base and crap, someone let me know and we will reset it again.

As you might have seen tonight the Cardinals often have the Pirates number so I’m sure I’ll be seeing a lot of this guy and Carlson in the future. But still I stick with my Pirates (pun intended) as I got a super slick magnet!

Also if ya know me to be a sucker for team color parallels and when I had an opportunity to grab one of the fellow redbeard, ya know I couldn’t pass it up:)!

The atkins is a beauty, got to love multicolored patches and I’ve gotta buddy who just absolutely loves his twins so this will be going to him;) As for the D-Money, he’s on the local team and proved to be good in his first year. He’s got what you want in a receiver and could be the number one guy here in Chicago assuming A-Rob leaves:)
