It should be 10 years from date they released the TN card, as they changed the redemption expiration timeline to 10 years.
So if someone did pull the redemption and is sitting on it, he or she has until sometime 2034 to redeem it (or sell it). Imagine if someone did sit on it till 2034. Lol
