My Amazon order yesterday shipped first thing this morning

im a little nervous... my 10 box order is still pending at WM. I placed the order at 835pm yesterday. Will it get canceled??? I say 50/50

What was the title of your email? My email was exactly this but my title said Ebay, not Walmart, though I ordered 12 from each place and my Walmart does not show it has shipped.

This is a form letter they send out when cancelling orders. I just got the exact same thing when SportsMem cancelled a Topps S1 Jumbo order I made through ebay. They did send me a $25 gift code to use on the website :rolleyes:

i had an order of 5 from Amazon and it says 20lbs

but i had an order of 5 from walmart and it says 8.7 lbs!?!?

I had 2 orders of 2..one at 9 and one at 9:47 central time..9:47 shows shipped. Havent got an email cancellation for the other one yet

Anyone know a number to get a hold of an actual person at Fanatics by phone? I have orders they charged me for, took my money and there is no record in my account!

This is also what I thought But I checked The confirmation email after transaction. There’s a 11 digit order number that I popped In during those automated messages and it said My stuff was still pending and awaiting shipment.

Yeah, well... I order 2 different times. First time, i got an email with that 11 digit order, second time, realized now that there is no email to be found of confirmation, yet check PayPal and they took my money.

Its odd, my WM of 10 still says PENDING, however, I just got shipment info from FedEx from Fanatics in Miramar, Fl for a 17.7lb package.

I ordered 12 boxes at Walmart last night at 8:13 Central. Got a FedEx e-mail with a tracking number tonight at 7:53 (and a follow up e-mail from Walmart at 8:57). Weight of the package is 21.35 pounds. Oddly enough the Walmart e-mail lists it as 12 separate "Shipments", but they all have the same tracking number and the total for the 12 boxes is listed at the bottom.

I had the same thing. I checked out as a guest, no Fanatics email, but I have a PayPal transaction. Do this, go to the Fanatics live chat, then where is my order, then email, then I don’t have an order number. It will automatically search for all orders associated with your email. It should be there, just look for the date you ordered. Then you’ll have the order number to track it going forward. If it’s not there, IDK.

I've had this happen with fanatics before in the past, if my memory serves me correctly there was the order # in the transaction ID/description of my bank statement. I called and they were able to look it up that way
