Yeah, it's not like Freddie's agent tried playing hardball with the Braves and it backfired. It's not like Freddie fired his agent for how he handled the negotiations.
	Oh, wait...
Yea - the way I remember it, the Braves tried and it was mucked up by the FORMER agent. |

Yes, that is exactly how it happened. I’m really just trolling Braves fans. |

It was 3 years ago, it's just stupid now. Did you troll Dodger fans because apparently, they didn't want to keep Corey Seager? Wait, let me try. I can't believe Cleveland wouldn't want to keep Manny Ramirez!!!!! |

If the Dodgers can win that game 4, Freeman is a lock and it will help in his efforts to be selected into the HOF. Freddie locked in during this series.

Congrats to Southern California kid and newly minted World Series Most Valuable Player, Mr. Frederick Charles Freeman, Esq.

You're really not trolling them. If you are a true Braves fan, then you are still a Freddie fan also regardless of where he goes. |

He turned the series around. Had huge hit after huge hit. It will be a caveat to his resume come HOF voting when the time comes. Happy to see him with a ring.

He already had a ring... |

True, but this one for his home team must be even sweeter, especially given his epic contribution to it. Freeman tied Bobby Richardson's long-standing World Series RBI record. That 1960 series went 7 games. Freddie matched Bobby despite playing only 5 games. Richardson is the only WS MVP from a losing team. The Yankees heavily outscored the Pirates by 28 runs over the entire series, but they won 3 blowouts and lost 4 fairly close ones, including the famous Bill Mazeroski walk-off clincher.
A dual autograph of Freeman and Richardson from ToppsNow would be terrific. |

I don't get what you're trying to do? Wow, he changed teams during his career. Not the first person to do that. What he does with LA isn't going to wash away his 12 seasons with the Braves. A Braves team where he was the foundation of their successful build, not a final piece to the puzzle. A Braves team he led to a championship for the first time in over 20 years. Just celebrate Freddie as a player. |

No, he was his usual solid self with Atlanta that season.
Who told you that? Beware of other things they tell you. It's the spooky season, after all. |

dang...you're probably looking at well over $1,000
I'd say maybe even close to 2 |

Caved in and bought a PSA 10 Cognac.

I can't remember what thread I saw it in, but the gist was that Freddie's cards were as high in value as they would ever be. Doesn't getting elected to the HOF cause increases in value?
