At this point...no reason to sell.

He's only 24 and is still figuring things out. Probably 2 years from hitting his prime. The Bucks were only projected to be a 4th or 5th seed. Philly, Boston and Toronto were supposed to battle it out for the top 3 seeds... Indiana and Milwaukee were gonna fight for 4th. Well... Milwaukee decided they didn't like that and went out and won 60 games and secured home court throughout the playoffs. The Bucks annihilated the Pistons in 4 and are looking really good vs Boston. If the Bucks advance to the ECF they will be playing with house money. They kind of are now. Giannis and the Bucks are ahead of schedule.

If Bucks can win or even reach NBA finals I think it all but will kill any talk of Giannis not signing his supermax next summer and leaving MKE. He gets to finals will show that MKE is legit contender and will have no need to leave. Though pipe dream would still be finding some way to get AD added to mix but that would be like Giannis going and dumping a triple double rest of playoffs every game.

I'm pretty much done buying stuff at the moment. I don't really go after ultra high end or rookie stuff anyway, but I'm about done with recent cards too just to see what's going to happen later. Might start again if the prices cool down this fall. I feel like right now there is too much temptation to buy "rare" but subpar condition cards just to get it in the PC since everything is dried up and it's all premium priced right now.

You have probably seen them on Ebay- "Buy Nice Cards."

Usually some pretty high end stuff up there. Problem is the dude who runs it is a known card alteration sleezeball. It's been proven that a lot of the cards they have had up have been trimmed to remove some of the whiteness you see on the edges of cards once in a while.

Let's for no reason at all assume Bucks one finals and crowned MVP. Prices of? Assume 9.5s. Is it's mostly already built in?

Not happening. There are thousands of this card out there. Maybe if he wins 3 MVPs and a title or two like Curry or KD. Boys got a long way to go and is running on hype/fomo.

This is the first base Prizm RC to explode like this. It doesn't matter that thousands exist. If this is THE Prizm RC people want... the price will reflect that.

We are in uncharted territory with everything Giannis. When was the last time we have seen an international superstar at age 24 explode like this? You can't say... look at Curry...look at Durant... look at LeBron etc etc etc. Giannis has gone from an international project to adding 51 pounds of muscle and most likely the NBA MVP in only 6 seasons. And could possibly be leading the Bucks to a Finals berth.... if they can stay healthy and continue to play like they did in Games 2 and 3 vs Boston. Everything is thrown out the window.

Stephen Curry's mvp year was a much bigger phenomena. Not even close. There's a reason why he was the first unanimous mvp.

Kawhi and Isiah Thomas have been my two fumbles.that I lost the most on not getting why the getting was good.Kawhi still has time to get back there imo.
