Please note changes to dates for submissions. We are changing cards to due on Friday for a Monday shipment.

1. No cap. No max/min per person.
2. Multiple people CAN send the same card.
3. You pay when I get the cards back from PSA so it's one simple payment.
4. You put a declared value next to each card. Maximum declared value is $199 per card. If you do not put a declared value I will put it at $1. [COLOR="Red"]This means if your nice card gets destroyed by PSA you will receive compensation of $1.[/COLOR]
5. You must list your cards in this thread with the amount of insurance you want on the post (makes it easier to track for me). If no insurance is listed then I assume you want $0.00. Your insurance to/from may differ from your total declared value.

[COLOR="red"]13 - PACKAGING - Please use as little tape as possible and when you need to use tape use blue painters tape. I actually cut my finger with the blade today trying to cut through someones package and I was not pleased. Also, put as many cards into a team bag as possible. One of the big orders individually bagged every card. COME ON. That is a complete waste of time and there is no need for it. Decoys, cardboard, bubble wrap, whatever you use is fine but remember less is more. Please try to pack it the same way you would want to open 30 packages. [/COLOR]

[B]PRICING[/B]

1. $12 per card
2. $2.80 Per $100 of insurance
3. $7.5 for padded bubble mailer (if you need a medium or large box this price may increase). 36+ cards or a smaller count or thicker cards will get bumped up to a Medium flat rate and then about 110 cards or a smaller amount of thicker will get bumped to large flat rate. I can fit 35 regular cards in a large box and that fits in the padded bubble mailer. Again, if the cards are thicker less fit (I don't have exact figures).
4. $2 submission charge (per order not per card)
5. Add in paypal fees

6. - Upcharges - If you are in bulk and get upcharged to standard it will be a $15 upcharge. If you are in bulk and get upcharged to express it will be a $70 upcharge. If you are in standard and get upcharged to express it will be a $65 upcharge. If you are in express and get upcharged above that it will be a $160 upcharge.

The upcharges pertain to you declaring in a certain value when you should have been in a higher tier. For example, for Bulk, the declared value is less than $199, but say you submit a card worth $400 into Bulk, you would be upcharged because you should have submitted to the Standard <499 level.

Ha I think so. Going to submit my 2018 Topps Update Acuna SP. Right now, it’s less than $199 raw, but does it change how much I owe if it comes back as a PSA 10? Or does it even matter? I thought I read something about this happening to others and I’m simply not familiar with PSA submissions.

Josh or anyone else can correct me if I am wrong, but the DV pertains to the value incurred after the grading. So if your Acuna is a gem, then it definitely goes over. I just don't know how hard PSA enforces it. If your card is borderline like the Acuna, it doesn't hurt to send it through Standard because you'll at least get a faster turnaround on it despite the slightly higher cost.

I always say that it is better to assume its a 9 and if you get upcharged bc its a 10 so be it. Sometimes they miss the upcharges also. Dont put a trout update RC in bulk. Just be reasonable and it will never be a problem.

Totally forgot about having different types. I knew it wouldn't fit in a Card Saver II. Thankfully I had a Card Saver I and it would fit. Just didn't want it pressing in on the corners and edges of it.

It seems as though many ppl submit the same cards. I’m sure it gets confusing. How do you submit sets of cards to PSA and know who sent what? Looking to send a lot of the same cards that ppl have already sent in for this week. Thanks in advance for any clarification.

I believe each person's sub is seperated from one another. Ive sent in many common subbed cards with mutiple people in the same sub(acuna, soto updates for ex) and have never had a problem. Ships securely, deals with any kind of problem promptly, totally professional, cant say enough good things about him as a member.

That’s what I worried about the first time too but they are graded in the order that they are listed on the submission form. Can’t ever remember it being an issue. Top notch submission and service.

As others said, don’t worry. Josh does the whole submission as an aggregate of each individual submission. Basically each person has their own order number inside the group for each submission.
