BEWARE of eBay user ID "sportscardbreaks11"
 

I ordered a presell item from eBay user "sportscardbreaks11" in December and he's MIA. PapPay offers protection for only 45 days. Luckily my credit card company has better protection and they are looking into the matter.

He also goes by "Vinny Montana" w/ email address "sportscardbreaks23@yahoo.com"

Contact the FBI for consumer fraud.

FBI consumer fraud is useless... they don't do anything... I have filed several times with them and have gotten -0- results...not even a single call.

Call the CIA and ask for Agent Stan Smith...
