well today i saw that the member santmyre was banned i was the one who traded for a mark sanchez exquisite auto /15 and never recieved the thing it sucks that this happened why was he banned?

I'm pretty sure it was for trying to rip off people. You whould have made him send 1st. Sorry to hear this man.

Yeah, I traded him an Addai Orange Refractor for some Barry Sanders base cards. Probably won't be seeing those. Needless to say, I won't be losing any sleep over it either. Sorry about the Sanchez.

not really sure but thank god.. he would reply on EVERY SINGLE thread asking for colts cards with 1993 cards for trade.. and that sucks about the sanchez didn't know he "had" it

no he had already had 5 feedback which i knew wasnt alot but figured i would take the chance well i guess im not recieving the sanchez i sent him tons of colts stuff and $25 it stinks that this has happened i didnt see anything wrong with sending to him because i havent been ripped off on here once most people on here are very honest.

I prefer making anyone with under 10 send first ESP if it is a trade with value over $10. This guy reeked trouble from the get-go and how you missed it all is beyond me.

Guess I probably won't see those Texans cards he was sending. Good thing I only sent a few dollars worth of cards in the trade. I was thinking of sending something to his parents just as an FYI.

The kids prol lives at home. You guys who have dealt with him should at least send a registered letter to his dad explaining what he's been doing

Pretty sure the top one is his dad. I sent some stuff to him, and he sent stuff back. His addy is in Hobart Indiana.

The 2nd may be his uncle it says he loves his kids, and in his pick, none of those kids look Santmyres age.

Really sorry to hear that you may have got hosed here. Try to see if you can contact him some how and see what can be done. Hope you are able to clear it all up.

I remember a thread where he was trying to trade a sanchez sp authentic which he agreed to trade me for a peyton manning auto. if anyone can post a link to that thread would be appreciated. I didnt send the manning but no sp authentic ever showed up. scammer from the getgo.

i told you all plenty of times he was a con artist and retard....everybody said "aww don't pick on the poor kid cause all he had is some dumb base topps cards" well go figure

i think at least 90% of us knew this kid was going to rip someone off...he messaged me quite a few times begging for a colts card i had, ignoring him worked best for me:)!

[U]A few hard Lesson's learned for everyone:[/U]
1.Not much feedback on THIS site, and feedback from more than 1 person, not 10 itrader from the same person = They should send first if they cant do it and your a proven member, probably not something you want to deal with.
2. If it's to good to be true, its probably a bunch of B.S.
3. [B][I][U]DO NOT[/U][/I][/B] send cash, Only PP goods, unless they are your friend, someone you deal with often, then send gift at your own risk. If you do, don't complain when u get screwed. Cover your own #@#@#@.
4. If people are acting fishy, ask someone about them, get opinions before you put yourself at risk.
5. Use a DC#, if a high dollar card, REQUIRE a DC# from seller / trader, if they don't want to, don't deal with them.

We all have to be smart around on here and protect ourselves. There will ALWAYS be scam artists out there. I know im still fairly new here and don't know most of you very well at all, but i know your all smart. If a member is acting questionable, ask other members about them and get there opinion about the situation.

Treat new members with respect, not everyone can have awesome cards, this hobby isn't cheap, we all cant bust cases or tons of boxes every month and have a bucket full of good cards or high dollar cards. I sure don't, but everyone deserves a shot to prove themselves, but until they do, be cautious.
