Nice break. You got a rookie auto of probably the best player in the 06 draft in Ngata.

Crazy how bad this checklist is now though. Don't think there's a rookie auto that would pay for a box, even at 38$. I have still thought about buying some for nostalgia purposes. It's just crazy to think how far that class has fallen.

I agree with your post completely. Imagine what that Leinart would of went for around release time. I remember him being a pretty big deal and crashed and burned just as fast.

You make some good points. There are some autographs that come close to covering the full cost of the box like B. Marshall & Jay Cutler but otherwise a pretty bad rookie class even though I do like DeAngelo Williams, Colston, Santonio Holmes, Hester, Ngata, Vince Young, and Reggie Bush.

You can pull some pretty nice legends autographs out of the product and a ton of numbered cards. In terms of return on investment at the price point it is surprisingly better than most. I also value the time it takes to break and the joy of finding out what is in these packs.

Overall, I was happy with my result. Would I recommend breaking a box at $35? Absolutely. Would I recommend breaking a case? Probably not.

Would be interested in the Leon Washington, Brad Smith and the Selmon if they're still FS/FT

I'll take a price on one of the Roman Harper autos..

That case would have brought some $$$$ in 2006. Looking at the case prices the Playoffs Prime Signature is a good deal also. You get a full set and 1 pack with an auto and some inserts
