Comc funds not showing up
 

Happened to me numerous times before, twice on Black Friday, and again this morning. I bought credits via paypal and then am transferred back to Comc where it says + funds pending. Then I try to make a purchase and I have insufficient funds and the "+ funds pending" has disappeared. It takes hours for them to show back up and in the meantime the items I want are sold. Anyone else have this problem?

yes sometimes it delays mine as well. It always does show up eventually but its frustrating if your wanting to make a purchase in the meantime.

It's getting more frequent with the glitches. I have store credit and it isn't letting me buy anything this morning. I love COMC, but I've never been on a site that has so many glitches taking my money. I mean if you were going to have something work on your site, you would think taking money would be high on their list of things that should work 100% of the time.

They seem to have forgotten about customer service. Try emailing them and it takes 2 or 3 days to even get a response. There's no excuse. They should be responding within an hour tops. That's what good companies do.

I cant even buy anything and I do have credit. I think their service is down.

I was just able to buy a card by making an offer.

My funds showed up and then disappeared after showing in my account for about 15 minutes. That was about 3 hours ago and they still haven't came back :mad:

It's back now after emailing them. :)!
