$250k Brady RC sold by PWCC

$250k, the auto-correct took the "k"" off it. But yeah $250 on a Brady PSA 10 Championship Series card by Pre-War. Insane. It said 5 yrs ago it was worth $5k, so I wonder what the market will be if Brady gets to the Bowl AGAIN,lawd ha e mercy what one might go for

There is a whole lot of "factually incorrect" going on here.

1.) The card that sold for $250k was sold through Probstein123, not PWCC
2.) There is no PSA 9 version of this card. The one that DID exist was cracked and subbed to BGS in a failed attempt to score a 9.5.
3.) While there are only (2) Championship Ticket BGS 9's with top subs, there are, in fact, a total of (7) BGS 9's in all.
4.) The previous record price on a Brady item was NOT $57,500 for the jersey. One look at completed eBay auctions and it's easy to see that several cards had already topped that mark (including, but not limited to: (2) Rookie Ticket PSA 10s...one of which went for $85,000 in a BIN/obo listing, the other selling at auction for $93,000+ (though this listing has since been removed from eBay, so we don't know if the sale went through or not).

It is just appalling how piss-poor fact-checking is these days.
