Anyone use DHL ecommerce?

I recently made a purchase on eBay and the seller used this service, I'm unfamiliar with it and this is the only tracking information I can find. Does anyone know if they never update or are just awful? No update since March 30th

was this an overseas purchase?? rarely ever see DHL domestically unless its for specific services. maybe they used it because they have an account. I mean I see its supposed to originate in Utah, but still. no one uses DHL here really. DHL is legitimate though. but just bigger in Europe I think for every day shipping.

I bought it because it's in Utah and I'm in CA so I really thought 3-4 days. I have reached out, seems like a company, had a professional looking response but no real information

DHL is a legitimate and well known logistics company. like I said, primarily used overseas more than domestically.

oh, well you didn't include any info on the seller so we have no way to help you figure out who they are.
oh, well you didn't include any info on the seller so we have no way to help you figure out who they are.
I think (I could be wrong) this update means the seller has handed off the package to DHL. This is a link to the item.

I looked at the feedback and they seem to have shipping issues, dunno if it's the seller or shipping company.
that link sent me to an ebay auction for shipping mailers LOL
That's what I bought. I might have not explained my question well. I'm curious if people know if DHL Ecommerce is slow. I think it's DHL and not the seller but I'm not sure

Judging from the tracking, it appears it was scanned at a point of origin and is in transit to a main distribution hub. I would call dhl and ask for an update. It doesn’t appear to have any updates recently as you already guessed.

DHL shipments in the US are delivered by USPS now..

shrevecity 04-09-2018 06:22 AM

They are not a US based company. They claim they are, but are actually based in China. They do have a warehouse in the US and some stuff does get shipped from there. I am betting your item is being shipped from China. I used to order my mailers from them all the time, but the quality got really crappy. I think Corndog still swears by them.

Lots of companion do it. So do lots of buyers.

AnthonyCorona 04-09-2018 05:45 PM

Well I just got my answer, they were sold out of the size I ordered and their system automatically marks items shipped after 24 hours. Incredibly annoying
