Since when do the Red Wings wear teal?
 

I picked this card up at Frank and Sons for a buck (along with a bunch of others I'll share later) because it just seemed odd to me. What jersey could this possibly be from?

All-Star jersey? Remnant of a Shark jersey embedded in the Mule's jersey after a big hit? I have to say that I absolutely HATE jersey cards that do not align with the team's color scheme...

Went through every single Franzen image on getty, not one jersey was teal. It's a little Green for a sweden jersey...I dunno. :confused:

Pretty sure the AS jerseys were that color one year.

Franzen's never been on an all star team though.

did an ebay search, all SPGU and this years products have red/white swatches. I have a feeling UD made an uh oh. Imagine that. :rolleyes:

I don't believe so, their practice jerseys are either white, black, or red I believe.

Maybe its his junior team jersey. Or Hockey League he plays in:D

I know UD uses jersey's from Charity and Old-Timer games as well. So sick of UD poluting the market with junk like this.

UD gets more scary each year but without any competition why will they care?

I think it's more crazy that you picked up the "hit" from a $30 a pack product for a $1. I can never understand why this product is so expensive.

I can tell you why. A lot of So Cal folks have little to no interest in hockey, which ends up being great for a hockey fan like myself. I can't tell you how many awesome deals I've gotten because I am one of the few people to go through some dealers hockey sections of there boxes o' cards.
