It doesn't sound like this guy knows he's in violation. Probably lost a lot of sleep one night when this idea hit him. He probably got real excited because he thought he found a way to get around paying Ebay fees. LOL

Nowhere does he state "sealed" box of yadda yadda... so in theory, you could buy his boxes, and if there are no big hits you could send all the cards back and tell the seller you no longer want them and want a refund. Think Ebay would side w/ you or him? :eek:
