Tried eBay, Worthpoint, PWCC. The item # doesn't return anything.

What is the item and when was it sold?

This is how you do it though:

"cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItemVersion&item="

*Remove quotations and put the auction/item # after the =

*Have to be signed in on ebay

Just go to watchcount.com and enter item #, click true price. Or there is a member on here hollywoodhogan I believe that created a plug in for Chrome & Firefox tax that will show you on ebay. It works awesome!
