[B][U]RULES/FORMAT FOR THE BREAK [/U][/B]-

[B][SIZE="5"]SCHEDULED RELEASE DATE - June 12th, 2020[/SIZE][/B]

[SIZE="3"][B]**30 totals slots in this break with each participant receiving (1) drafted team per spot taken.

*I will conduct a randomization via random.org with the lists of (30) participants randomized (10) times. This randomization will determine our draft order for the break. Once your selection is made, you will receive all cards from that team within the (5) cases of 2019/20 Panini National Treasures Basketball. *The results of this random and any future rounds in this format will be uploaded to YouTube and embedded in this forum.

*In the event of a card being pulled from this break that needs to be randomized, the following rules will apply:

-If you own the majority of the card (ie: 2 Bulls and 1 Wizard) the card will be awarded to the team with ownership greater then 50%. If there is no majority the card will be randomized among all teams represented.

- Cards not represented by an NBA Franchise: In case we pull any cards not represented by a current NBA franchise OR franchise that became a current NBA franchise, these cards will be randomized among all participants in the break.

**Payments for this break will be due (6/5/20) as I will be running the random live via Breakers TV shortly after and embedding the results of the random and the break into the forum.

**The draft will take place immediately after the randomization results are posted in the forum.

**All participants are encouraged to send the host a pre-ranked list of all 30 teams to use as a proxy for drafting teams. The last thing we want is for the draft to stall for hours upon hours with no communication from a participant. This only takes a matter of minutes and will allow me to easily fill in the teams over the weekend.

***Trading/Selling of spots: I will allow this up until 6:00 PM EST the day before product releases (6/11/20).You can only sell/trade spots to people within the break and all deals must be confirmed by both parties in the thread.

**This break will take on release date 11:00 AM EST via Blowout TV on release date. The multi case break will be recorded and uploaded to YouTube in case you are not present during the break
