How long is the PSA "Post-Grading" process?
 

I'm currently in my first PSA 45-day group sub, and my cards popped about 1.5 weeks ago.

With that being said, I've been trying to figure out "generally" how long the rest of the process is (ie...sealing the card, quality assurance) and when I can expect my cards to actually be shipped back.

Is it a relatively quick process after your cards pop or should I be expecting to wait another 4-6 weeks or something crazy?

When you say your cards "popped", what do you think you are saying?

I believe the term "popped" means that the grades are known AND they have shipped from PSA (or are in the shipping department)....

There's grading, assembly, qa check 1, qa check 2, and shipping which is when you get the grades. If they just made it to assembly could easily be 2-3 months for 45 day

[B]I'm saying that I know a bunch of my cards just got graded (as I've been keeping track of some of them). It's now in "assembly" i would assume, just trying to figure out how long the assembly and QA period is before my cards might actually get shipped.[/B]

[B]God....Let's hope it's not this...that would be insane...Another 2-3 months would literally put my order at around 9-10 months to get everything back. [/B]

If you check your order on the PSA website, it tells you which stage it's in. If you're basing it on checking population reports, and think those are your cards, you're probably wrong. They don't get added to the population report until after QA2 and the cards are shipped.

My cards have popped. I know that [U]for a fact[/U].

They're listed on the POP report right now. I'm just trying to figure out how much longer after they show up on the pop report that I'll have to wait for PSA to actually ship them back.
