I doubt the Yankees sign Correa. Every article I have read said they are looking for a cheap, short term option at SS to get to Volpe in a year or two.

NY Yankees need another bat to get on base for Judge, Stanton, Voit, etc to drive them in.

I think Yankees make a move to get Nick Castellenos with that .309 average this year or they look for speed and go for Trevor Story.

What would the Marlins do with a high priced closer? Maybe a two year deal where they can trade him for assets in year 2… but still hard to see the Marlins making that move. Most RPs are cheap and interchangeable. We need someone to replace Starlin Marte. We need that type of player. Maybe we can replace him with Starlin Marte himself since he’s a free agent!

I could actually see Ketel Marte coming to the Marlins, but I highly doubt we would open the checkbook for Correa when we want to put Jazz back in his natural SS position. Detroit seems to want Correa, and I doubt we can match any offer they would make.

I hadn’t heard that about the Tigers’ interest. I was thinking more that Jeter might despise former Astros and steer away. But then maybe he also wants a cornerstone shortstop. If Jazz is that guy, then never mind on Correa—and then Ketel could slot in at 2B if not CF.

I think Semien goes to the White Sox.

Reinsdorf is gonna open up the checkbook to bring back a guy they originally drafted but traded away well before he got good.

At least that's what all my White Sox fan friends are hoping for after yesterday.

This list gives me anxiety as I see former tigers on this . Tigers are going after semien been hearing a lot of chatter.
