Annual PSA/DNA Bulk Submission - Autograph Encapsulation and "Flat" Authentication
 

We received approval to continue our bulk PSA/DNA submissions for January 2022. [B]New this year is the opportunity to submit flats to have authenticated…..so we can now have our photos/letters etc authenticated in addition to our standard encapsulation submission!!![/B]

For the autograph authentication submission - items larger than 11" x 14" will not be accepted.

Your price under this submission (for both the encapsulation and authentication subs) will be as follows:

$151+ - No discount – same price as usual

[B][I]***Please note for the encapsulation submission this price includes the standard and tall boy holders. If an item is larger than 3 1/2" x 5 1/2" it can be included in this submission but it will incur a surcharge***[/I][/B]

[I]The up charges would be as follows:
Check /Ticket Holder 3 5/8" x 7 1/2" is $4
T3 holder 5 3/4" x 8" is $5
Large Check holder 4 1/4" x 10" is $7
Jumbo holder 8 1/2" x 11" is $25

PSA/DNA stressed on the $100 items that if THEY value the item over $1,000 a premium will apply.

for encapsulation surcharges do you know where cd covers fall? they are 5"x5" I assume they are the same as the T3 holders. Also what would pricing be on a cd cover with two signatures on it? Let me know.

CDS fit in the T3 holder so it's the fee from the schedule plus $5 to slab it.


The cost depends who the Signers are. If you click the fee schedule in my post and scroll down on the page there's a section to lookup the fee on multi signed items. If you need help just pm me

I usually submit end of January and have them in hand mid March but there are no guarantees

Correct. Some members are from Canada and are concerned with shipping times and want to send now.

2 of the items I looked up have an authentication fee of $20, can those be submitted in this or is it only ones that have a fee of $50 and up?

A $20 fee falls into this category meaning you would pay $11
