Sold Same Card on MySlabs and eBay within a 5 minute window. Advice?
 

Just sold a Ja Morant card on eBay, and of course it sells 5 minutes later on MySlabs. I have been very good at taking down listings when 1 sells, but this one got me in trouble. Advice on how to proceed?

Refund 2nd sale and show the buyer that the card sold on eBay 5 mins earlier and you have to honor that sale. It happens, as long as you have proof that it happened most buyers are going to understand.

Agreed.

Just take a screenshot of the eBay sale and send it to the MySlabs peeps (and the buyer) if they ask about it. Should be okay. If you don't care about your eBay metrics/rating, then cancel the ebay one.

I would be very careful about not honouring the MySlabs sale. A non-fulfilled order may be enough to get you kicked off of the site permanently. MySlabs does not mess around with buyers or sellers; a sale is a sale to be honoured by both sides.

So the person who bought it first should get it.

This has happened before and as long as you show proof that it sold on eBay first and it was within a short amount of time from each sale you’re just fine. Now if 5/6 hours goes by and you never took it down that may be different but this isn’t the case. Matt at Myslabs has commented before on this and understands there will be cross postings.
