This is gonna be absurdly expensive
|
Hopefully they only release Hobby and Retail version. Checklist could potentially be epic.
|
12 cards per pack, 12 packs per box....
More cards per pack, less packs per box? Prizm is usually 4 cards per pack, no? So Upper Deck AEW was crap and that's going for $200-$250 a box. That's really where this should be, BUT I'm gonna guess $400 a box, $4800 for a case? :coffee::coffee::coffee: |

If this is $400 per box I'll be buying them. |
I'm expecting anywhere from $700 - $1200 per box
|
would love to buy this but the stupid price it will probably be
|
I am expecting Australia preorder to be around $999AUD/$750USD
Anything less and I will be stashing a bundle of it |
Well from the other responses, I’m WAY off hahaha
Hopefully one of the breakers here will do a hit draft or something… |

Anything less and I will be stashing a bundle of it[/QUOTE] $750 was going to be my guess also. I don't think there's any way it will be less than that. And will probably hit 1k on the aftermarket in no time. I mean, the UFC market wouldn't have been considered that much hotter than the wrestling market prior to the UFC Prizm release, right? And that was 1k out of the gate iirc. |

This product going for $750 or whatever is nuts.
Topps Chrome does $100 a box and its two on card autographs per box. I know Topps is out but this product isnt better than Topps Chrome and at $100 a box in the Wrestling Market its was a tough rip. The only thing that may potentially save you in a rip of this is a gold or 1/1 and even those who knows |

Topps got stale having the same checklist over and over, women's division 49 in the checklist and Cora Jade only good first card
|
If this is over $400 per box then I sure hope that someone tells the Wrestling singles market that it needs to step up its game to keep with box prices. If not then people are going to get slaughtered on this. Wrestling collectors are the cheapest group out there haha. And for good reason…with the exception of a small handful of Stars, WWE autos are just not very hard to acquire compared to sports. The checklist won’t vary much from what topps has been putting out and I don’t see people paying much more for a base silver Prizm than they have for a Refractor. I’m not saying boxes won’t be absurdly high, just saying I won’t be the sucker opening at high prices. As always, group break prices will determine the market.

It's the same old crap every year for Reigns Alexa Becky Sasha being the only ones to sell. NXT crop is what'll carry it |

Examine Chrome last two years. |
This should honestly come out the same price as nascar prizm any higher really not worth it
|

2021 Topps Chrome is $200 2020 Prizm Racing is $175 2022 Prizm WWE will be much much more. |
While I could certainly see this coming out at a very high price I really don't know if the value on singles will be able to sustain it at all. WWE is already a very very heavily saturated market when it comes to autographs and cards of the established stars. While I am sure there will be higher demand for the big hitters (Bliss, Banks, Reigns, etc.) is anybody really going to be paying a premium for the bulk of the roster? Guys like Kofi, Riddle, Finn, Miz, etc. already have literally hundreds of autos out there and most routinely sell for under ten dollars. I just don't see the prism name being enough to bump those cards to worth while prices for investors. I also don't really see who in NXT is going to drive this product? Bron Breaker? Cora Jade? Toxic Attraction? I don't see any major home run value prospects that will be included.
Don't get me wrong for me as a collector who honestly doesn't really worry about value I have no issues with this. I will let the big breakers take their shots and sit back and continue to collect my guys for probably similar if not the same prices as usual. |
2014 Topps Chrome WWE has probably 10 or less big hit wrestlers. The auto checklist outside Roman Reigns is awful. The product is carried by the 10 big names. The only issue with Panini is over production. If The Rock is in this product his gold /10 will be a $4000 card.
