Best recent Bowman product? Analysis in progress
 

I was bored during my lunch break today and thinking about which Bowman product was the best. I started putting together a spreadsheet of the top 100 prospects and which Bowman product their 1st cards are in. This is still in progress.

I'm sharing the link below, if anyone is interested. It is open for editing. If you edit anything on the spreadsheet, please post here with what you edited and why. Hopefully this can get some discussion going.

Methodology:

Assign points based on top 100 ranking: 1-10 get 10 points, 11-20 get 9 points, etc.
Pitchers points are reduced to 50%
Catchers points are reduced to 75% (with the exception of Adley)
I adjusted Jasson Dominguez's points up because he sells for more than 95% of the guys on there.
I calculated the point totals of the products for 100% of the auto points and 50% of the non-auto points.

I also added a few players at the bottom who came to mind that were not on the top 100 list. This could include players who have moved up to the majors, or prospects outside the top 100. Obviously this is incomplete, so please feel free to add to it.

Possible changes:

Change the point values for each player to a scale based on ebay sales of PSA 10 base cards and PSA 10 base autos.

Adjust the total points per product to scale for the price of a case.

It also doesn't currently take into account non-1st autos that are in products.



TLDR summary: 2019 Bowman Draft looks really good.
