Did they get rid of the jumbo boxes?

Looks like it. Only hobby boxes now, and chrome cards are "found every other pack". So 12 chrome cards per box? Down from 36 per Jumbo box in years past. Huh.

for the record, NOT super excited about nixing jumbos. I loved the chrome/color output of those last year especially.

My beloved Topps Pro Debut that I'm sure Fanatics will kill in spectacular fashion.

So haven't ordered any cases lately, but looking for one of these, whats the best way to get it on release day?

One of my favorite sets every year as well. I dont mind them including chrome all in one box similar to stadium club but not quite as rare. Gives it a better chase aspect and makes a chrome set a little bit more of a fun set to try to put together. However, i can definitely see why others would prefer the old format

I am a little disappointed that they changed the design from flagship. The face would have been cool and i was looking forward to seeing the Montgomery biscuit’s logo front and center instead of on a bubble on the side. This is always one of the most fun breaks of the year though and i do think they look good.

I wonder what the price point is going to be. 2022 is sitting around $85. Do Druw and the Jacksons push the price up beyond what Elly did to last year's? Worried this is going to end up being over $100

I don't think the Chrome were in Hobby last year, so that's a plus this year... and I think that will raise the hobby box prices because of them

I had to go back and check on the autos. The chrome were only in jumbo.

I'm still worried that Fanatics is going to ruin this product by over pricing it. I wasn't really interested in going after the chrome set last year and liked having that cheaper option

Probably harder to track down decent headshots with adequate rights. I mean if they had to settle with this for a Major Leaguer, imagine what we'd see on some of these?

This might have to be the first case i ever buy. Love the stuff

On-card autos and this would be a must-buy for me yearly. Stickers turn it into an "I'll buy a box most years because it is cheap" kind of deal. They get it done with Heritage (which is awesome) so I wonder if it would really be that hard/expensive to swap to on-card.

Even with the Jumbos last year, hitting a Chrome auto was tough. I think they fell about 1 per case. Some people said they didn't get 1 in their case.

Yeah, which makes this actually not so bad.

Hopeful of chrome per case.

I got lucky and hit a Chrome Orange auto in 1 of my 2 boxes.

One of them was an Elly /25 orange, and yes I sold it too early heh.

Sold my orange chrome Elly on July 8th, right before the ASG break and start of the cooling off.

I got a fortunate 2 chrome autos in my jumbo case. One was a Misael Urbina Orange Lava Auto and the other was this:

Now... If you ADD up their BA's, you've got a .340 hitter but I'm at least encouraged by the youth and Santana walking a ton.

The portrait is my least favorite part of 2023 so I'm glad Pro Debut will be doing away with it. These look clean and I think the chromes will look killer.

I don't mind getting rid of jumbos because I'll always prefer ripping more small packs than fat packs.

Hopefully Fanatics keeps the MSRP reasonable and a presell case remains affordable.

The team logo looks much, much better on these cards than on the 2023 Topps Baseball 1.0 design.

Design is still a touch busy but overall this effort is a nice improvement on it.

Would love just a Chrome option, separate from the paper option. All Chrome boxes.
