[B]What is a player auction?[/B]

Well, a player auction is very similar to a player draft break - except you bid on the spots that you want similar to any auction online. The few differences are: 1. forum posts are used to bid and 2. the bidding deadline is usually not set until the auction has reached (or nearly reached) the break even point.

We understand that player auctions are not for everyone - so please feel free not to join.

[COLOR=#008000][B]For your bids to count, you MUST include the card # and name where applicable. I might not allow a bid without these - especially the last hour.[/B][/COLOR]

Bids are in $2.00 minimum increments until the spot reaches $20.00 and then $5.00 minimum increments after $20.00. [COLOR=#ff0000]Once a spot reaches [B]$200[/B], bid increments become $10.[/COLOR] Please, whole dollar bids only (no $5.01 bids). Please no +5 bids. (Because someone could bid $100 at the same time and therefore your bid becomes +105?) You can bid more than $2/$5/$10, but that is the minimum.

Any bid made with change ($5.86, $100.99, etc) will be rounded up to the next whole dollar. Please only make whole dollar bids.

There is a minimum bid set for each spot already. Bids are in $2.00, $5.00, or $10.00 minimum increments. [B]You may certainly bid more than the minimum.[/B]

[B]Shipping[/B] - [U]Shipping is extra[/U], but we will do our best to charge you actual shipping. We will combine shipping based on your final lots as well. A single player on the base checklist is going to have ~50-60 cards plus parallels and that will have to go priority.

[B]Supplies[/B] - $2 per spot. Supplies are extra. I know this is high for some spots & low for others.

[B]Paypal Fees[/B] - $0.50 plus 3.5% for US. $0.50 plus 4.9% international.

[B]Warning[/B] - If you pick an auto, you may get nothing. If that player has 10 autos, you get all 10; if that player gets 0 autos, you get 0. Same is true for all other spots.

[B]Sniping[/B] - If you wait until the last minute, you may miss out. Fair warning.

[B]Bidding[/B] - Please understand that you must include the card # where applicable. Bids without the card # may not count. Please do not edit your post though. If you made a mistake, simply post again with the correction. Please bid in at least the minimum increment ([U]$2.00 or $5.00 once a spot reaches $20.00 or $10.00 once a spot reaches $200[/U]). You may not retract your bid unless it is an obvious error (like a $4000 bid instead of $40.00).

I have other breaks happening at the same time but I will guarantee you an average of at least 2-3 cases a day. I will start out breaking early in the day and end up doing all night breaks. I have 110 cases to open.

Shipping time - I expect to ship these within 10 business days (barring any unforeseen issues). I will keep you updated as I go. I will have teams doing all the sorting, packaging, and shipping. We haven't done a break like this of Heritage so please be kind and be patient.

[COLOR=Red][B]What comes with each spot?[/B][/COLOR]

12 boxes per case, 24 packs per box, 9 cards per pack. 1 hit per box

[B]Player Lots: [/B]You get every card for that spot including all parallels & variations. Photo variations are included - including variations showing another player - if it is your card number, it is your card. For instance, if you have card 99 Aaron Judge and there is a SSSP photo variation of Babe Ruth for card 99 - that card goes with your spot. [I am expecting about 50-60 base cards parallels each card number in 10 cases. This not a guarantee. This is napkin math at best.] [B][COLOR=#ff0000]Expectations[/COLOR][/B] are based on pack odds and my math - which neither may be very accurate.
Chrome parallels go with the player in this break - if the card has a chrome parallel, you get it and all colors.
Real One Autos go with the player in this break - if your base player spot has an auto listed, you get it and any parallels.
Clubhouse Collection Relics go with the player - if your base player spot has a relic listed, you get it it and any parallels.

If there are unannounced variations and SP (or sssp, whatever), they go to your spot if they have the same card number.
If there is an auto that is not listed on the checklist, it would still go to the base player spot if we hit it. For instance, Bryce Harper has no Real One Autos or Clubhouse Collection Relics listed, if we hit one, it would go to spot 405 Bryce Harper.

Autos, relics, and variations are not guaranteed obviously, but if we hit them, they are yours.

Dual autos/relics etc have their own spot explained below.

[B]Relics & Patches: [/B] Clubhouse Collection Relics go to the player when possible. There are also some insert spots with relics. There is a list above with Clubhouse Collection Relics without base cards for the combined spot - which includes Dual, Triple & Quad relics.

[B]Unannounced cards, hits, parallels: [/B]If there is an unannounced color parallel, they will go to the player lots - if it is your card number, you get it. If there is a whole insert set, it will be added to the auction. Anything like the pink set redemption cards or player draft day caps will be decided on an individual basis. Remember, you get what you are bidding on only. If you have a question about what is or is not included, ask - blind assumptions will not be honored.

1. If you hit a card worth $1000 or more, we will ask you to pay for Express Mail shipping & insurance.

3. If you join this break, you must be willing to pay by the deadline. No echecks are accepted.

4. If you join this break, you must subscribe to this thread. It makes life SO MUCH EASIER.

5. The host DOES have a spot. If this bothers you in any way, please do not join. All breaks are done LIVE and recorded.

6. Once you receive your cards, please post in the thread that your cards were received. For anything outside the USA, we will provide the customs # as proof of delivery.

7. We strongly encourage you to bid what you are willing to pay. That way, if you are outbid at the last minute, it won't matter since you bid what you were willing to pay.

8. International bidders are fine, but International shipping with tracking is expensive and will be included.
