[B]What is a player auction?[/B]

Well, a player auction is very similar to a player draft break - except you bid on the spots that you want similar to any auction online. The few differences are: 1. forum posts are used to bid and 2. the bidding deadline is usually not set until the auction has reached (or nearly reached) the break even point.

We understand that player auctions are not for everyone - so please feel free not to join.

[COLOR=#008000][B]For your bids to count, you MUST include the card # and name where applicable. I might not allow a bid without these - especially the last hour.[/B][/COLOR]

Bids are in $2.00 minimum increments until the spot reaches $20.00 and then $5.00 minimum increments after $20.00. [COLOR=#ff0000]Once a spot reaches [B]$200[/B], bid increments become $10.[/COLOR] Please, whole dollar bids only (no $5.01 bids). Please no +5 bids. (Because someone could bid $100 at the same time and therefore your bid becomes +105?) You can bid more than $2/$5/$10, but that is the minimum.

Any bid made with change ($5.86, $100.99, etc) will be rounded up to the next whole dollar. Please only make whole dollar bids.

There is a minimum bid set for each spot already. Bids are in $2.00, $5.00, or $10.00 minimum increments. [B]You may certainly bid more than the minimum.[/B]

For this break to run, we have a minimum goal of ~$70k to break even.

[B]Supplies[/B] - $2 per spot. Supplies are extra. I know this is high for some spots & low for others.

[B]Paypal Fees[/B] - $0.50 plus 3.5% for US. $0.50 plus 4.9% international.

[B]Warning[/B] - If you pick an auto, you may get nothing. If that player has 10 autos, you get all 10; if that player gets 0 autos, you get 0. Same is true for all other spots.

[B]Sniping[/B] - If you wait until the last minute, you may miss out. Fair warning.

[B]Bidding[/B] - Please understand that you must include the card # where applicable. Bids without the card # may not count. Please do not edit your post though. If you made a mistake, simply post again with the correction. Please bid in at least the minimum increment ([U]$2.00 or $5.00 once a spot reaches $20.00 or $10.00 once a spot reaches $200[/U]). Shipping time - I expect to ship these within 10 business days (barring any unforeseen issues). I will keep you updated as I go. I will have teams doing all the sorting, packaging, and shipping.

Cards from silver packs are NOT included. Photo variations are included - including variations showing another player - if it is your card number, it is your card. For instance, if you have card 99 Aaron Judge and there is a SSSP photo variation of Babe Ruth for card 99 - that card goes with your spot. NOTE: In recent releases, some base spots have had twice as many base cards as others with no rhyme or reason as to why.

6. Once you receive your cards, please post in the thread that your cards were received. For anything outside the USA, we will provide the customs # as proof of delivery.

7. We strongly encourage you to bid what you are willing to pay. That way, if you are outbid at the last minute, it won't matter since you bid what you were willing to pay.

8. International bidders are fine, but International shipping with tracking is expensive and will be included.
