Rickey Henderson passed away?…..rumor…
 

Unsure if true but in the past 30 minutes or so I’ve really seen it swirling online.

I mean, if it's not official, then it's a rumor.

I’ve heard from a trustworthy source that it’s true, but will wait for an official confirmation I suppose

He also cancelled a show a few weeks ago due to pneumonia.

Just a few months ago, last Mariners home game, looked pretty healthy.

One of my good friends works with him, and he says no one can reach Rickey or his family. I'm also hearing he has had pneumonia the last little while. I'm not saying anything else until it's confirmed and hoping it's not true.

Pneumonia is what I’ve seen so far….but again at this point just a rumor.

Looking at the amount of Henderson autos that have sold on eBay today I would say that a lot of people are believing the rumor.

Man, I hope it's not true. Just got this one in yesterday. Might be very bad timing if the news is true.

Not about making it up, might be more snap post based on the rumor(?) trending and he didn't confirm it.

I sure hope it's not true. I never liked the A's or Yankees, but Henderson was one of those God like players to me as a kid.

My brothers favorite player. The only superstar that ever signed our cards when we wrote to him through the A’s. My kindergarten class picture has me wearing a Rickey big head animated shirt. I hope it’s not true.

This hasn't been confirmed by a single credible source. Not one. Just do a quick Google search of "Rickey Henderson" and narrow the search to the last hour. There's literally nothing credible.
