Epack Redemption questions.
 

I acquired a redemption on Epack awhile ago. I have seen paper redemptions on Epack get replaced with the actual card once they are live which is cool. I have now seen on a reddit post that someone who had redeemed the redemption card I have,and it was replaced with a different card. It got me thinking...

What happens to an expired redemption on Epack?

Can you pull an expired redemption on Epack or do they remove them once expired?

Can you do anything with a redemption while on the app? Like redeem it or ask for a replacement(especially if they know the card will never be made), or does it have to be in hand 1st?

I have an expired redemption that is just sitting in my account. I have never sent it to myself so I just left it in the account.
