What's the Most You've Won at a Casino?
 

I go to Vegas every year for March Madness and a couple times a year I go to the local casino. Even though I can do Draft Kings and Fan Duel, etc...in my state, I choose not to.

The best I've done was hedging a ten team parlay after winning the first nine games but I was also broke at the time so I could not hedge to the fullest and ended up only winning $1,500 out of a possible 8k.

Anyone get lucky on some slots or table games? Went to the local casino tonight and won $300 in slots/craps/texas hold'em.

$900 for me at the Hard Rock in Tampa. I don't gamble much though.

I only play poker. I’ll mess around and play Ultimate or blackjack with friends if they come in town.

Love to see this. Last week I found a fifty dollar bill in the parking lot while grocery shopping. I honestly thought it was one of those "Jesus Loves You" fake fifties that people love trolling you with, but it was a nice crisp $50 bill.

I don't care if it's pennies, I love finding money on the ground. I pick it up no matter the denomination.

Gambled at a Casino twice in my life.

My step dad and I both worked for the Union Pacific Railroad from Tucson to Yuma. He was an engineer and I was a conductor. Not very often would we work together or be in Yuma at the same time. One day he calls me up out of a dead sleep in my hotel and says get your ass up we are gambling. Went to this new casino they had built there (this was 2006ish) and he was going to town on a Wheel of fortune slot. I played the video poker for a minute and went down the $40 I was going to gamble with. I just sat and watched him. He said you look bored here have $20. I took the $20 and went over to the Penny slots to make the time go by. Was doing minimum pulls until he was done. Then I did max which was like $8 a spin. I hit the Jackpot and it gave me the option of taking the money ($1,200) or getting 40 free spins. Some drunk lady reached over and said "You should take the spins boy" and pressed the spins button. I won $950 after the free spins were done. I went and cashed out and put another $20 in the same machine and won $250 2 spins later. Gave my step dad $200 and I took the rest home and probably bought some cards that are 100% worthless now.

$200 at a slot machine at Foxwoods in 2004. I wish I had kept those 400 half-dollars it spit out.

Just under $25K playing 3 card poker at the Palms Casino, LV, sometime in the mid 2000's.

Never dabbled at the table games just slots mostly nickel stuff. $1500 is the most I won on a spin and one time threw my last $1 token in a Playboy slot game on the way out the door and hit $200 so that was cool.

$5k, $2.5k 3 times.

The roulette wins were all last October/November. I went on a heater and profited over $10k in the 2 months span. Usually $5 on 6 different numbers. The $5k was $10 on the same 6 numbers. Did it one time and hit 500x.

My biggest loss in one night was $600 in Vegas. That was all I brought. Had to get $100 from my wife the next morning and made it all back before losing most of it lol. At least it was a fun trip.

Poker around $1600 playing 1/2 NLH I play pretty regularly and usually walk out with 2 or $300
Slots, Wife wanted to go play slots, We arent hig dollar gamblers, so we both usually only take 50-100 to play slots with. I had $5 left and on the way out I stuck my ticket in a $5 machine and hit $2,800 on the 1st and only spin

I’d rather not think about it. About 15 years ago I shared a house with a guy who was a pga tour caddy. He loved two things- gambling and cocaine. I spent quite a few nights partying with him at the casino and although I never took more than a couple hundred bucks to lose, a few times I ran it up into the 10-20k range on video poker. I dumped the majority of it back in but walked away with a few thousand a couple times. After awhile the $ starts to lose meaning and it just became fuel for the next dopamine hit(a four of a kind). And of course while taking stimulants you never get tired. You generally don’t go home until your busted.
I no longer gamble anything that isn’t sports.
I no longer partake in cocaine.

I saw a guy at the end of that table walk away with a tray of black and purple chips and another tray of black and green. The guy had hit the hard #s at least a dozen plus times during that hour.

$50 bucks playing nickel slots. The few times I have gone to a casino I might bring a $100 bucks saying I can throw this money away. Otherwise I have better things to waste my money on.

Nothing better than a hot roller. Those are the best tables in the house. Everyone winning except the guy betting against getting hammered. Never done great at this game. But when my ex at the time was about to roll for her first time ever I put money on snake eyes. Easy money :)!
