Glad to see it, supremely underrated set for singles. Boxes will probably be $400+ this year with the on card auto inserts.

I was in for pink and yellow, not black and white....

Hard pass..

I actually love this set

It has the best images next to stadium club

Topps Black and White..... with color variations!


IIRC, this was one of the hotter sets last year

Crank up that contrast!

Overall I am not a fan of this set, but I like that Skenes. Very cool card.

The first year, with the color player photo/B&W background #/10 variations, was great.

But last year (and apparently this year), those variations are no longer part of the product, which greatly reduces it's appeal to me.

If nobody wanted it, it wouldn't be made. For as dumb as you might think Fanatics is, they are smart enough to look at previous year's orders and decide if something is worth continuing. And if it is priced beyond affordability, that would be another indication that that they believe they can sell at a higher price based on previous years' returns. You don't 10x the hobby by printing crap that nobody wants.

A lot of Shohei inserts / variations in here, and in addition has both Shohei sticker and on card autos.

I love these cards, but I'm only a singles buyer of Yankees cards. :D

Someone wants it, 2024 is selling for around $500 a box and I don't think its breakers.

More of this stuff and Topps Heritage Minor Leagues is no longer made. Sigh...

What is Topps drop retail on a set like this usually? I am debating skipping A&G with the hit reduction and this looks right up my alley (Stadium Club is my favorite baseball product).

Last year was $165 a box...limit 5 if I remember correctly.

If Stadium Club is your favorite, you'll LOVE B&W.

Love...I mean *LOVE*...this set from the beginning to 2023.

THEN 2024 came...the stupid parallels come out in different colors...WTF???

The whole point of the set is destroyed. From base B&W then adding color (colored background with B&W player, then B&W background with colored player, etc...) to more coveted parallels until you get a full color 1/1...it was genius. What...I'm supposed to be excited I got a card in red or orange or green?

F' off Topps/Fanatics. What a lazy POS this is.

Change the name to the Rainbow set or something....I'm disgusted this is still called Black & White.

The autos on some of those cards would be beautiful if they weren't stickers.:doh:

Sneaky preorder on this. No mention of it on the "Releasing This Week" twitter post, not on the front page of the website. Nothing.

Feels like they're sliding this in under the radar on purpose. The fix is likely in.

2022 was $50 per
2024 was $165 per

Can't find any purchase history for 2023 in my inbox (maybe I didn't buy any).

2025 will probably be >$165 per
