Ebay help
I tend to buy off of Ebay in spurts, 3-4x a year, where I will purchase 10-12 cards over a week or so. As I made a couple purchases this morning I started to go through my purchase history and noticed 4-5 orders from Jan 25 and July 25 have not been delivered.
Before anyone gives me grief I am fully aware I have skin in the game here for not staying on top of the transactions. I have reached out to a couple of the sellers and have been told the orders are too old for them to do anything about it. I have noticed every order I have not received was shipped using Ebay shipping with a 'ESUS...' tracking number. Is this a known issue? The money really isn't the issue, but these are all low end PC cards. Obviously this is a good lesson for me to stay on top of my purchases, but is there anything that can still be done? How do I track an old 'ESUS...' tracking number? |

I have around 3 in every 2000 I send out not arrive...at least the buyers claim non-receipt and tracking doesn't show "Delivered". Out of that same 2000 I may have 50 that don't show "Delivered", but the buyers have left me + feedback so I know that they did actually arrive. I'm pretty sure that there is no way to access any tracking history beyond 90 days.....you should just consider this a lesson learned to keep better track of your purchases.. |
Agreed

I totally agree. The other issue I see is that filing a PIP by seller would be impossible to get the info on the screen shot needed for the PIP claim. |
Figured as much. Appreciate the responses.

It might have been delivered without the tracking being updated. I have had several purchases with the ESUS and had the cards delivered with no update to the tracking. |
do not know how far back this will go, but, that's where you can track esus
