WC Ticket Prices
So who's paying these prices?
[I]"...For the 2026 World Cup, average ticket prices have soared, with top-category final tickets reaching nearly $11,000–$13,000, significantly higher than the 2022 final ($1,600). Group stage tickets for popular matches frequently exceed $1,000, with some averaging around $1,900, while more affordable, less popular matches start closer to $102–$430 in specific, less-expensive cities." Bots & touts have bought a huge number of tickets despite FIFA's efforts to stop them, simply by creating multiple accounts.
If you have the patience to wait until 24-48 hours before kickoff to buy tickets, you should be able to find tickets available at reasonable prices for most group stage and R32 matches. |

My guess is Ivory Coast v Curacao could get close to $50 day of game. The NYT ran a piece on declining prices a couple of days ago. https://www.nytimes.com/athletic/7260127/2026/05/07/world-cup-tickets-resale-prices-falling-usa-paraguay/ I also firmly believe FIFA has not even released 10-20% of tickets for a lot of games to try and create the false demand they need. The greedy barstools make 30% on each ticket sold on the secondary market (15% off both buyer and seller) |
They can have my 15% on a $50 ticket, lol FIFA.

Transport prices to MetLife cut to $20 from $80. Seems reasonable for a bus trip from Manhattan.

It was never going to hold at $80. At that point, just pay a cab lol |

Pricing, when first announced, was something like $150. Then dropped to $105 in the last week. Did they drop it again? |
Those are train tickets.

Just drive and get there early before the lot fills up imo. |
Average ticket price for the Portugal Columbia game is higher than the Super Bowl.
