I'm still waiting for paypal to resolve an issue with a buyer that said they didn't recieve their card. They are in Canada as well. They gave me a negative before as soon as they filed a paypal claim.

So I'm going to drag the process out before they get any money even though those funds have been held from my paypal account.

What did the buyer purchase? How long has it been? More details please.

She purchased 3 Bobby Ryan Cards. I sent them May 26th See Below Her messages back and forth. The to my suprise she hits me with a negative today.

Dear cardiman737mm,
3 weeks still no cards ??

Dear cardsharklaura,
I sent the cards on May 26th. I don't have any tracking info though. If they don't arrive in 1 more week, I can issue a refund. I have never had an issue though, so wait 1 more week and then I will have to refund your money. Thanks Eric

Dear cardiman737mm,
Still no cards . I am wondering if ever sent . This is the third time this month I have not received cards and the other 2 reasons were that the seller never got the amount expected for the auctions . One guy even told me point blank he never sent the cards because he never got enough for the card .

Dear cardsharklaura,
I am sorry this has happened to you this month. I sent the cards, I may not have got what I wanted or expected but thats the chance you take when listing cards on ebay. I have sold many cards in the last month and did not get what I wanted but buyers all received there cards. I am an honest seller. Thanks Eric

Dear cardiman737mm,
I really like to have the cards . Maybe wait a little longer to see if they arrive or even come back to you . I never had cards not arrive either but I had a couple returned to me for insufficient postage so lets wait till Friday anyway and if they don't arrive you can issue a refund and if after that they show up then I can resend the money . I am an honorable person as well .

Dear cardsharklaura,
okay

Dear cardiman737mm,
Still no cards :(

Dear cardiman737mm,
issue a refund and I will close the case and If I receive them I will let you know

First bad exp. The problem is if you sell hockey and don't ship to Canada you have just cutt your bidders by 60%-70%

ilovethelakings 07-04-2009 12:45 AM

Lol. You guys make me laugh. People are more honest in the USA, hahaha.
When you ship a 135$ package without tracking number I think you have took the wrong decision. It's not a USA/Canada problem, you can't trust nobody these days final dot (even if this person is living in the USA ;).
$135...............
Did you list that on the custom's form? I learned the first time I sent to Canada, never list the full value of the item unless you are sending Insured/Registered. It is like putting a sign on the package saying STEAL ME! I also put a very vague description of what is inside, never stating the exact player. Keep in mind that all bubble mailers are hand sorted everywhere they go. I have not had a problem yet since that first item and most of the items I send are to Canada. Not sending to Canada is not an option if you are selling hockey cards.

cardinalfan13 07-04-2009 05:00 PM

i ship to the great white north but if an item goes over a certain amount insurance is required

crazybearsfan22 07-04-2009 05:07 PM

Why would you not have tracking info on a $135 purchase???

revil41 07-18-2009 05:16 PM

No tracking info in canada from the US you can use the customs number tho
