Problem with Seller-Inbox full, no replies. Help!
 

Hey guys, I recently bought a 2010 Bowman Sterling Stephen Strasburg Auto from RookieFan15. In his OP he said: All scratches are on the scanner. The card is in mint condition.
However, when I received the card the back left bottom corner had a sizable crease. Here is a picture of it:

I keep on messaging him but his inbox is full. I commented on his threads but have gotten no response. I sent as goods so I can most likely get a refund. However, I have never been in a situation like this. If anyone can help, it would be much appreciated! Thank you

file a claim dont waste your time trying to work it out at this point..
