why is level V all kinds of different numbers? is there a level IV or below

i believe level V is the lowest and /10? haven't looked at a checklist, but I believe that's the case, and the levels I-IV are higher numbered.

There levels are just who is in the set and the odds of getting one. The #/ vary within the set

So actually a level III RG3 is #/5

I noticed that AJ Jenkins/LaMichael James error right away...I'd keep that card forever.
