you asked the seller to cancel the auction OR lower the price...........

sounds like you didn't want to pay unless the price was lowered. that's why the seller thought you weren't going to pay. and i would have thought the same thing.

i understand and i have said its my fault not his. im not blaming im for anything i messed up in this transaction. card has been paid for at what he accepted offer at so not discount was given. sorry for anyone who thought i wasnt goin to pay. already paid for.
