none of them sold for below $20 (including shipping) i just checked.
they sell up to $43 shipped ($21.50-$43.00)

The last two sold for 19 dollars and change. Add a few bucks for shipping and its still $5 under your quick sale prices.

None have been close to $40 since October. Those prices are irrelevant.
