Avoid buyer/seller "luckygriffin3" on eBay
 

I read another post where someone had a problem with this guy.

He purchased 4 various TY Hilton Topps Chrome Refs for nearly $300.00 before the Colts loss.

I mostly sell clothing and accessories & I use eBay's automated return process. TODAY I get return messages for ALL the cards stating;

Reason for return: No longer want item

Buyer comments: Sorry just made a bad decision on these hiltons

I already called eBay and they tell me its an abuse of the return process so we'll see.

Got to love all the fair weather flake buyers on Ebay these days...

There is a thread or 2 on him in the feedback section. Guy is a admitted shiller. Obviously no common decency at all.

I think Hilton is going to be great. Him and Luck could "growup" together. I just checked the totals and it was actually about $230.00 for the 4 he purchased. The point is still the guy is no good.

As for eBay ,when you pay them $2,000 a month they care [I]sometimes[/I]. But there has been an uptick in the "seller protection" department as of late. A buyer with too many disputes/returns gets a warning letter and they are limiting and suspending buyers. I know on Amazon too many returns and they block you.

Good to know, thanks for explaining. I only spend about $100-200/month in fees so maybe I don't qualify! hah

It just seems like whichever side i'm on in the ebay dispute, the unethical guy looking to make a quick buck always seems to win! :(

Oh yeah I was gonna say, Chris is as honest as they come. He seemed shocked as I did as well. He knows box 78 and 79 will have huge stuff??:confused: hmm:rolleyes:
