Damaged Card Question
 

I went into Kmart and bought a box of Strata. I opened them up and pulled two autos :) but one of the autos was damaged on the back from top to bottom. It's not a factory defect it an actual crease. Do you think there's any chance of getting this replaced by Topps? It's not a big name Rc,but still I paid for it. Any help guys is greatly appreciated
