The USA Cards will be broken down into two slots. One slot is for cards #91-100. The other slot will be cards #101-110.

1. I have the right to regulate who is allowed in this break!

2. DO NOT SELL SPOTS TO PEOPLE OUTSIDE THE BREAK!!!

3. If you hit a card worth $250 or more, you will pay for sig confirmation and insurance.

4. If a card is hit featuring multiple teams, we will random the card off between those teams.

5. All breaks will begin at 6:00 EST the day the case arrives. Breaks are recorded live on BlogTV - Username = Pastmyshades

6. Case Recaps will be posted to youtube the day of the break.

7. We will random the list of participants 3 times. We will [B][U]not[/U][/B] random the list of teams!

Shipping to Canada costs $6.16 for a 3 oz package. I don't expect many packages to go over that weight. So it would be about $3-3.50 extra for you.
