What was it? Ebay cancelled the listing.

You were bidding for tickets with numbers on them. The person with the winning ticket number will get the Michael Crabtree auto card. It was like $2 for a ticket.

So, It was a Lottery, which is illegal on ebay.

In many states, only non-profit organizations (including New York) can run a raffle (which is what this was). For profit companies or individuals that run raffles must donate 100% of funds collected to a non-profit organization or it's illegal.

I actually scrolled past this yesterday and was thinking about posting a thread about it like you did. haha.
I was thinking that even if this was legal, you would be dumb to buy a spot. This would be to easy to rig and this guy is making $200! He was charging $2 and you still only had 1% chance of winning.
