Bad Luck!
 

Anyone else have bad luck stories on backing out of group breaks like this????

I was in two different 2012 NT Football case breaks. I backed out of both because the product got pushed back and I couldn't afford to keep money tied up that long. Im not a baller :(

First one was a 3 case break for $193 for a random team. Of course the guy who took my spot gets the Colts. The second break was Hesters 8 person snake draft for 1 case. It was close to $300 a spot I think. Well the guy who took my spot got pick #1. So thats (4 Cases)16 boxes I couldve had the Colts in. Very upsetting lol. Never get good teams when I stay in, and it appears others get the good teams when I back out of my spots.

Anyone else have similar stories??

You shouldn't back out of group breaks in the first place.

So when is NT and playbook going to be released. Next year????

I don't back out unless I know for a fact that there are back ups. I always tell the breakers that I will find a way to pay for my breaks if they can't find someone to take my spot. I screwed up one time and forgot about a break and was off the site a while, so I got a neutral feedback on that one. I apologized. Thanks to the guy above your post and you for your awesome input though!

You know it may have been good luck. There may be no colts in either case.

This is true! I know for a fact that there would be no Colts if I had the slots! hahaha my luck

If it is like my luck in the past, I have drawn the Redskins, Colts, Seahawks and Bucs in different breaks, and in all of them I did not get one single auto of the big guys.

Hell I've had them all in the same case break and not hit a good card over 5 dollars.

if you cant afford to be in a break you shouldnt join. it makes alot of work(which is already hard enuf) on your breaker to deal with things like this.

I can afford the break or I wouldn't have joined. I said I didn't want my $500 tied up in the break for a month while the product keeps getting pushed back. It wasn't alot of work for anyone seems how there were plenty of people on the back up list. Again they were told that I would pay if one of the many back up people didn't want my spot. Again thanks for the awesome input though!

I just put back packs that have monsters in them.

Yea this is why I dont back out of breaks. I know the second I do something like this will happen. Although last night when I had a chance to back out of a NT break I didnt really want in I didnt take the opportunity as I didnt want to get like the Yankees or the Tigers and have a monster come out. Of course I got one of the worst teams, the Padres, and got shut out. So yea I feel like no matter what I do I will get screwed in the end lol
