Joe Dimaggio Autographed Photo

I have a really nice Joe Dimaggio autographed photo & was wanting to send it in to beckett to be encased & authenticated. Is that the beet route to go or should I go the PSA route & get it framed? I personally like the BGS/JSA slab, but I might resell in the future & want to have the best value if I do.
