BGS order shipped without tracking
 

Got confirmation two days ago my order shipped via express mail, however no tracking information was uploaded. Tried emailing got no response, who should i contact in regards to this problem.

I have submitted to BGS twice in the past and have never received any tracking info. I don't believe they actually give one, which I do not agree with. Beckett should also notify the submitter once they receive the cards.

call them , they will give you the tracking number. i've done it many time!

Every time I have submitted to them I get a confirmation email saying my order was received and then another email when they ship with the tracking #. The tracking number is also usually listed under "my grading orders" and then click on the order number.
