Pickups from a going out of business sale
 

Hello junkies - year long lurker, first time poster here. I feel like I finally have something worth showing :)

I just happened to be searching for comics on craigslist a few weeks back and found an ad for a comic shop that was going out of business. The strange thing is, this place was 3 miles up the street here and I never even knew it existed. Upon speaking with the owner, I found out they had been open for almost 4 years, crazy.

Anyhow, nothing crazy spectacular, but I think I made out like a bandit at the price I paid. Here are the goods, thanks for looking!

From what I've checked out on ebay, I believe the Wolverine Weapon X #1 variant pictured here is the best single book as far as SV goes.

Not sure where you are in your collecting or what your goals are, but that is a killer mix of moderns to start reading and deciding what you like if that's what you are going for!

Oh yeah, the quality of Craigslist hookers went way down, I've switched over to backpages.com lol

Yeah there is so much it's kinda tough to decide, and trying to get everything will have me bankrupt quick! I'm liking the hawkeye books so far for sure, and just started on the Nova - it seems good too.
As for what I'm going to collect, I'm still deciding, but I'm thinking mainly Batman and various Marvel stuff.

you can tell by the barcode number if first print the last 3 numbers are normally 111, if second 112 or 121 etc

Just to add a little on barcode numbering:

Take a look at the last 5 digits. If you have for example: 00111
1st 3 numbers are issue number so 001 = issue #1
4th number is your variant number so a 1 would just mean regular cover and anything else would be a variant
5th number is the print number
