Well I spend too much time browsing ebay. I came across this and snagged it up

I got it (in a pwe with no tracking). Did a very quick look over and saw nothing that stuck out.

Well I tried to sell it here as well as ebay. A person bought it off the bay. After they bought it, they looked it over and thought it was fake. The lettering was off on the back, as well as the hologram was xeroxed.

I quickly accepted the return and refunded his money.

Sure enough, the holograph was clear and day copied.

Ebay said to return the fake item unharmed and they would refund. I didnt want to mess with not getting my money back, but keep an eye out for the seller and fake.

Too good to be true.

Man that sucks! At first glance the card does look legit. It's hard to trust any good deal anymore. Glad to hear you will be getting a refund.

Well I cant say for certain, but if you are going for this lot I would not be surprised if the lot was fake. The guy I bought the goodwin auto from, also had the legends.

Looks like it is a copied hologram on the goodwin, and I dont see one on the legends.

Ya looks like they are purposely not showing the hologram area on the legends...what a joke

A lot of people have been scammed with that championship MJ auto. If you look at the scans of the card, there is no UD hologram on the back at all. Its a colour photocopy of the card

Crazy to think how someone could fake the UD Legends card. I remember seeing the buy it now for $300 and I was thinking "Wow, what a freaking steal!".......... I've reported it as well

Also those legends autos were numbered. The fakes dont have numbering on them either.

I recently sold one of the MJ 03-04 Legends autos and it was /90. It looks like his "copy" says 87/90 on the front

Wonder how the seller ended up with both

I was looking at that 1.5k lot also and suspected the missing holograms to scream fake
