So I made an offer from a case from a seller dreamjoey on ebay because I figured the 10% off ebay bucks would be great....here is the message I received:

We have a case here that I opened and guarantee you it was a factory sealed case and the only case we received recently. I guarantee you 200% it was only touched by me and nothing was even taken out of the case, just the seal opened.

Upon googling his name here, I found found he is not reliable when it comes to presale cases. I am leaning towards NOT buying the case but would love to hear any opinons.

Because those two statements make it 400% legit.

Not from him but had the same thing happen. Would not take it. If he hasn't already he should have that in the listing.

Wait a minute......

How could it ONLY be touched by him if it was opened by someone in his warehouse that he has told not to open sealed cases in the past????

Okay I respectfully declined the offer.....the temptation was strong, but thank you guys for snapping me out of it.

For what it's worth, I bought 2 cases from him earlier this year on eBay, it was 2 cases of 2014 WWE Topps Chrome. Both bought via best offer a few days apart. Paid for both about a week before release date. He actually shipped earlier than expected (day he received them from Topps instead of day of release as stated in the listing). Both cases were received factory sealed. In fact, one of them was among the best cases I've ever busted in any sport (2 superfractors, 1 of which an auto, and another auto /10).

That's my first hand experience if it helps. I probably would be wary of the seal being broken and lean to not purchasing as well, but my one experience with him was smooth as silk.

100%, maybe. Hell, maybe even 150. 200%? Fug no! Fugger just got greedy there...

I 100000% guarantee that something sounds fishy .
