Kobe Bryant 1996-1997 Topps Chrome Rookie Refractor
 

Hey guys, a friend of mine wanted me to post his auction on here. He is finally putting up his 1996-1997 Topps Chrome Refractor Rookie that he has had foooooorevvvvvvver! Anyways, just thought you guys would like to know as not many of these pop up on Ebay.

He's waaaay too high, I can see from the scan its no better than a PSA 8. I'd be a bidder but not in that neighborhood.

I wouldn't say way too high, his highest offer right now that he is considering is pretty damn high IMO.

I think this is the most over-rated and over-priced card in basketball, but to each his own.

You are right KMD. It looks like the front of the card has pretty good centering but the back is off. There also appears to be a refractor print line across his knees. It is an awesome card no matter what but maybe a few hundred less than the asking price.

wow, that buyer has some interesting feedback - one for being a deadbeat bidder and it also looks like he bought 3 $2000+ steam rooms from one seller recently as well.

Not to mention, you read the post and then looked up the auction on Ebay and researched the buyers feedback. Hmmmm, too much time on your hands?!

Well, I personally think the guy may be running some "Rub and Tug" or "Jack Shack" deals, but hey, you gotta love America, right?
