I'm direct with Topps and just checked online. My caese are allocated, but haven't shipped yet. So I'm not sure if the street date will still be 8/29 or not. I would like to know how this guy got the stuff already, I'm a hobby store and mine hasn't even shipped.

If you recall though 2007 Topps A&G broke in China a week early. A seller on Ebay (wcsports1) had his Bowman Chrome Baseball a week early. It could be "live" for a few lucky ones. Topps has been having issues w/ this as of late.

That auction is strange because the guy has it up for sale in his STORE!
Why not put an auction "live".
Weird....not that I condone pre release sales...I think it is wrong when someone can sell even before the freaking' release date!
