how much should i charge for shipping to japan for one card?

im planning on using usps

Depends on what kind of card.

In ordder to be protected 100% you need to get delivery confirmation and I believe to Japan it's like $25.

Check the USPS, paypal or Ebay sites for what you need.

Post office cost will be under $2 . So depends what you usually chrage. Overseas dont complain at $5 you can ship priority flat for $12.95

Charge $2.50 for shipping and I think it is $13 for Registered Mail

or

Express Mail International Flate Rate for around $28-30

If its a high end sale, i would do Express Mail to be safe.

As the other posters said. High end, you will have to go with Express Mail which offers on-line tracking which Paypal [B]REQUIRES!![/B]
I got stiffed a few times with registered mail. Paypal will not accept it as proof of delivery. Since it does not have on-line tracking.

If it is something cheap, I usually charge $4.00 and take the risk.... postage is actually $2.08 I believe and I charge a little more for the packaging stuff.

Yeah, thats right because all of us overseas buyers are scammers.
