This. And give him time to respond. Sometimes it took more than a week for me to get responses, but he always did respond. Daily e-mails won't get you very far. |

I emailed him in July and a follow up a month later in August and never heard back. |
I don't have a lot of redemptions as I don't buy ANY product anymore
so I do buy a wvu alumni redemption when I see one, I went to ask when my card would be made and for 2 years this "he is getting ready to send them back" so I wasn't happy with my situation Mike |
